Low Poly Pursuit Privacy Policy
Low Poly Pursuit ("the game") is a free arcade game published by Pblak ("we"). This policy explains what information is handled when you play it on Android or iOS.
Information the game stores
The game has no accounts and no servers of its own. Your best score, your in-game money, the cars you own and your settings are stored only on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the game. Tilt steering reads the phone's motion sensor on the device only. We do not collect, receive or sell any personal information.
Advertising
The game is free because it shows ads served by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and processes information such as:
- device and advertising identifiers (Android Advertising ID, Apple IDFA when you allow tracking);
- IP address and the approximate location derived from it;
- device information (model, operating system, language) and ad interactions (views, clicks);
- diagnostics about ad performance and crashes.
Google processes this information under its own policies: Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Your choices
- Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland and similar regions): on first launch the game asks for your consent to personalised ads through Google's consent form. You can change your choice at any time with the PRIVACY button on the title screen.
- iOS: the game asks for permission to track via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, the IDFA is not shared and ads are not personalised with it. You can change this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your device's Google settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Security & privacy → Privacy → Ads).
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new date.
